Game Freak got to show off their first full 3DS game with Nintendo Direct Japan the other week, a rhythm runner called Harmo Knight:
Reminds me a bit of Bit.Trip Runner, though hopefully much less sadistic that that.
The rest of the show focused on the next (and final main) Layton game, Animal Crossing and Luigi's Mansion, among some others. It was entirely 3DS and Kirby-centric, no new Wii U details, but that's to come in a couple weeks anyway.
