Re: Are you in the game?
Plus the URL says "subaseka" and the game's JP title is "Subarashiki Kono Sekai." Guess they used Dream Drop Distance for exposure, kind of like how Smash Bros resulted in Fire Emblem being brought to the west.

Re: Are you in the game?
KH3D is the lowest selling KH to date, so I have my doubts about that being the strategy.
Its more likely they wanted to develop the 3D assets in advance so Nomura and company had the excuse to use them for another game. I mean, they've kept using the KH assets from 2002 and 2005 to this point. TWEWY would likely remain a handheld franchise for years go come, so they stand to save money.
Nintendo of America could have given us Fire Emblem games for years, they just thought we were all too dumb to play them until Smash Bros. included Roy and Marth and people started asking questions about the series. Then they decided to take a chance on FE7: Rekka no Ken. Intelligent Systems also had gained some steam in the west to make FE happen thanks to Advance Wars for GBA.

Re: Are you in the game?
People have dug through the site and found a "Calling" remix. Its TWEWY. New game or remake is up in the air.

Re: Are you in the game?
Word is there's an iOS port incoming.
I don't see how that even begins to work unless its on iPad, there isn't enough real estate on the iPhone and iTouch screen to make it feasible unless they completely alter how the game was played originally. I'd say the DS version would still be preferable.
A sloppy seconds port might not be the only announcement, though.

It's available now, given the original can be found for cheaper, I don't see the point.
Edit: If you just look at Android handsets with similar power to Samsung SII/SIII running Android 4.0+, across the spectrum of manufacturers, the numbers of units in total would eclipse the number of the entire Nintendo suite of DS units sold.

Re: Are you in the game?
Its still dumbing down a game and weakening an IP is never a good idea. The original version can be found on the original platform for less than the mobile asking price. SE is selling an inferior version at a premium.
Personally, I find both iOS and Android rather insulting when it comes to games, with scrubby virtual D-pads and buttons as if they make up for tactile controls. Even though I don't have a Vita now, the second I did I would have more games on that platform than I've been compelled to download for iOS. I have more apps than games on my iPhone. The mobile market is purely for casual gamers, not dedicated gamers.
For me, finding a worthwhile game on iOS isn't like looking for a needle in a haystack, its scavenging for diamonds in a sewage. I'll pass that chore along to someone with lower/no standards. I have nearly 50 downloadable games on my 3DS versus five on my phone that I really never play.

Re: Are you in the game?
There is apparently a secret ending (image still). Shows a girl with Neku style headphones in a school uniform holding what appears to be Mr. Mew. On the 104 tower is says "New 7 Days"
