Not normally interested in Naruto, but the team behind it has Mega Man 9 and Galgun to thier credit. And it looks adorable. It feels odd saying that, but it is.

Mega Man 9 sure, but ... Galgun? Really? Also, the chance of this game getting localized anywhere outside of Japan is pretty low.

NUNS 3 has been announced for consoles too, mew!! more playable characters and enhanced graphics!!

the online modes could get a upgrade too.

I can't think of a Naruto DS title that didn't come West, when NB passed on the last one, Atlus picked it up. Also, stylistic choices aside, I just understand Galgun is a solid shooter. If I want something like that I have the parody of games like that tucked away in NMH2.

At any rate, it has to be better than Otomedius Excellent was. I was forced to play that at a friends house. Ugh.

I like the goofy super-deformed direction this game is going in.

I enjoy the Naruto manga (though I haven't read it in a long time), and I haven't played a Naruto game since Clash of Ninja 2 on Gamecube, so I'll be keeping an eye on this.

Naruto Powerful Shippuden coming to the 3DS in March 2013 - Destructoid


Sadly, its coming out in a time 3DS is getting a lot of higher profile games.

Fire Emblem; Awakening, Etrian Odyssey IV: Legend of the Titan, Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, Animal Crossing: New Leaf and Soul Hackers.

I realize Animal Crossing is expected with every console/handheld Nintendo does, but its kinda like Jell-o, you just make room for it anyway.
