Patent law is out of control. It'd be pretty bizarre to see Xbox 360s banned from sale in the one region where the console dominates.
Hopefully Microsoft and Motorola can come to some sort of settlement instead of screwing over consumers.

Hmm.
Do we side with the company abusing patent law to bully people into paying them money for doing nothing, or do we side with the company that constantly abuses legitimate patents, copyrights, and other IP for their own gain, under the "Too big to sue" umbrella?Comment

I'm taking a neutral stance on this considering that Icemage is right. Patent litigation have created too many vampires in our economy as of late.Comment
