Ys: The Oath in Felghana (2012 Steam release)

The update for the 2005 PC release which in turn was a remake of the awesome game for all those systems (I played it on the SNES) and available only on Steam.

So my question is, has anyone bought this game yet? I want to know if it's as good as it sounds. Otherwise I might get it tomorrow and report my findings.

It came out last year on PSP >.>

Only problem I had with it was the NPCs would not shut the hell up. Talk, talk, talk, talk. Avoid chatting NPCs unless you have to.

Seems the VO isn't in this version, though, so consider that a blessing.

Yeah, I just found out about it while looking for info about the game. XD

Still, nice seeing it on Steam, not to mention I rather play it in higher definition if given the choice. Btw this is not the PSP release, but an update of the 2005 PC one so I think the dialogue is different.

The translation is different, but that's all that's different. Its the same game otherwise.

Very similar to what I saw in the video, same levels and all.
