Anyone here know how to fix a bricked 360 bricked by one of Microsoft's own compulsory updates? Apparently there was a big dashboard update over Christmas or something and I haven't touched my 360 since MW3 (It was bought for me and I've liked the series since the very first CoD on the PC). With ME3 out tomorrow in the UK I was basically going to download all of the updates, patches and the DLC (since Amazon ran out of copies of the CE) so tomorrow I only have to sit through about 2 hours worth of installations.
Basically for the last 12 hours my 360 has been stuck on the "installing update screen". Last time this happened was with another compulsory update for the console that also bricked it.
Now this is important, last time it happened, oh yes boys and girls this has happened before on my old 360, Microsoft refused to repair it and claimed that it voided the warranty even though it was their own firmware that did it.
So yeah, have I been screwed over by MS again or is there a way to save this so I don't have to spend even more money to buy ME2 and ME3 for the PS3 or upgrade my PC to play ME3 just to play the one fucking game I've been looking forwards to for years?
