    Deus Ex & Hitman on sale at GOG!

    Still not sure if I want to grab these - I don't remember either game looking quite that bad rofl, but I saw it on joystiq and also in my e-mail.

    GOG has both games on sale for $9.99 right now which isn't too bad.

    Deus Ex is always a good investment. Graphics be damned, that game was fun.

      Yeah I can generally tolerate most older games, but Deus Ex really is fugly lol O.o

      Still, $10 seems like a rip-off when Steam just had Dead Space 1 and 2 for $5 each >_>

        Wah wah wah, arguably the best PC game costs a whole $5 more than Dead Space. Seriously? I know Steam sales are awesome but really, it's worth the whole extra five dollars. FIVE DOLLARS!

        I can accept that you have terrible taste in games and are predisposed to gravitate towards shiny graphics and less than worthwhile games, but whining about it being five dollars more expensive than Dead Space? Come on man, you can come up with a better reason than that.

          First of all, you're talking to someone who grew up owning and loving just about every 8 and 16-bit system ever released, so don't preach to me about graphics.

          Deus Ex really does look like ass, even for it's time period. The other thing is I have a lot of games I'm going through at the moment anyway, and it's not exactly going anywhere. Just wanted to inform peoples that it's there Plus who knows - HR did extremely well, and SE might just greenlight a remake which would kick absolute ass. If not, I can always buy the original at a later date.

          Apparently there's also issues with the game running on more recent PC systems or something, there was a link in the joystiq post about it and it involved using 3rd party software to optimize the game...

            If you don't want to get it just say you don't want to get it, but don't come in here and gripe about $10 for a good game being some kind of highway robbery. Sheesh.
