    Ohh, that explains it.

    And in that case it's only appropriate to post this video too.

    And speaking of Rising it should be mentioned I kinda liked this version more:

    Specially the last part (@2:07) it was just too epic.

      i never saw that particular DCUO trailer before. Its rather amazing how Geoff Johns can script multiple epic moments in the DCU's history into one single scenario and it still works.

      I guess Future Luthor's aren't so terribly wholesome after all, though in JLA: Earth 2's plot they actually were.

      Its sort of weird that DCUO is now the old DCU, I wonder if they'd ever entertain the idea of rebooting it to reflect "The new 52."

        Documentary came up, here's the Youtube link. Get some popcorn, its about 25 mins long:

        The video mentions that MGS5 was conceptualized before Rising and had The Boss and the Cobra Unit at the battle of Normandy, but that game never game to fruition. A portion of Peacewalker went into great detail about The Boss' life before the events of MGS3. I find it interesting he dropped that tidbit before getting into the changes with Rising, I think he may still be scheming a prequel. To be honest, I like Kojima's historical fiction better than the future fiction.

        I can see their point about making a game where you can cut and destroy everything and how that could paint you into a corner when it comes time to fall back on stealth elements. You might not be left with places to hide. Keep the stealth and you can't cut everything. Stop them from cutting everything and you're breaking a promise about the ability to cut everything.

          New trailer. This one pretty much justifes why everything is so much over-the-top - Raiden has several other cyborgs to deal with. One of which is a cybernetic wolf that seems to be on his side:

            It's been this long already? <_<;

            Either way I like it. Also liked the Vanquish-ish feeling of some of the stages.
