No, 1.1 is the PvP patch, and that's still an unspecified amount of time down the road. Far enough away that they haven't even said it'll be soonâ„¢

Patch 1.0.5 is up on the PTR, and it's mostly really good stuff.

I have to WTF @ the nerf of War Cry & Seize the Initiative especially - the DEX -> Armor bonus was a big part of what kept Monk viable. Though I must admit I haven't played the game much since they reduced mob strength overall so maybe this is justified. Still, 75% would probably have been enough and not 50. But that's why it's PTR - it's not the final yet.

Also WHAT THE CRAP they jacked up Battle Rage from 30s to 120s! Dear God...

I was dicking around on HC the other night when XIV was down for emergency maintenance (when they nerfed the sale of GC items) so I fired it up. I still like to keep tabs on it too. Morbid curiosity I guess, I mean I still check out MTG Salvation for the spoilers even though I don't play anymore (but then, MTG also has a lot of awesome art and it's fun to see how power creep is fucking up the game now XD )
