    Or he's got the Lover Stone blessing, in which case you can't get Well rested bonuses because you already have them permanently. <_<;

      Ah... I bet you that you hit the nail on the head, Ray. I found the Lover stone and haven't found any other stones really worth replacing those bonuses.

      Very true. Yet I think Ray proly figured it out. I am a little annoyed that one of my bookshelves in my Markarth home is glitched. Can't add books. Can't take/read any that are on the shelf. Probably never going to be resolved. I honestly haven't ran into many bugs at all. Course I'm on the 360 version and from what I gather that seems to be the more stable of the console versions.

        Yep, the bookshelf bug is ancient and has yet to be fixed.

        If you open it and exit without doing anything it may eat your books.
        If you take a book directly without opening it... it may eat your books.
        If it isn't full and books have one of those weird physics glitches and fall off the bookshelf after loading... it may... eat your books.

        Modders have resorted to disabling opening bookshelves altogether until the (GE)CK is out and they can finally see if they can fix them themselves. <_<;

        PS > For the record one of my bookshelves in Riften suffered the same fate, which is also the time I actually found out about the bug but wasn't willing to toss all the hours I had already spent playing after the bug happened. So the cursed bookshelf of doom had to stay. <_<;

                  When you use the bathroom does it burn? Actually you go into your Spells menu section and there's a tab that shows you all the positive (armor, weapons, blessings, etc) and negative (diseases) enchantments you have affecting your character. I can't remember what the tab is called at the moment. But it will show up in red if it is a disease. All you have to do is pop a Cure Disease potion or get blessed at a shrine to get rid of them.

                    Active Effects is the section of the menu. If anything has a constant effect on you, that's where you find it. Blessings, however, fade over time and eventually expire and disappear from the menu.

                      Today in Skyrim...

                      -Got a few levels and found I can now upgrade armor to "Superior" via Smithing. Also can do a couple of stronger Enchantments so trying to upgrade from my current "Fine" Scale Armor. Can't just buy them anywhere though because I don't have enough Smithing skill/perks to make them myself.

                      - I think I'm definitely going to try a kind of Stealth Mage. Was just doing a raid on a bandit grotto and was killing people with Lightning Bolts while in Stealth. Was very amused when I would be picking off these bandits 1 by 1 and they would keep on dismissing it as just their imagination.

                      - Fought my first Dragon Priest. Stupid bitch was annoying. Kept flying away from me while shooting Fireballs.

                          Here's my Dovahkin after downing the latest dragon.

                          I'm sort of glad a lot of the quested armor I go for has common stats, thought I obviously dropped the Old God body piece for Savior's Hide. Still, it looks nice with the Old God boots and hands.

                          Aaaand an uppity little fox just decided to attack me. I guess this as good a time as any for some free Light armor skillups and to work on Restoration.

                            Aww, you are playing on a PS3. I was going to recommend the Eisen (yup XI's Eisen) armor mod for your char. It looks pretty sweet.

                              Today in Skyrim:

                              I cleaned up after the incompetence of the leadership in Solitude and prevented a horrible Necromancer from returning to Skyrim after 500 years. What would they do without me?

                              The battles are getting sillier. I'm not even all that decked out but I can just sit a few yards back and send in a nearly endless wave of Atronachs until a horde of enemies is wittled down to a more manageable size. Once I get my Enchanting maxed I could very well have a literally limitless supply of mooks to hurl at my enemies. My sword arm hasn't gotten rusty yet though, so it's all good.

                                I am shouting a dead dragon off a cliff since the game won't give me its soul and after looting it it was really just a giant rubber chicken. I had killed it before in this place, but the game spawned a new one for a bounty so I guess I can't get a second soul from the duped one.

                                Oddly the treasure chest at the word wall had been refilled with stuff, too.
