Anti-games senator Leland Yee still wants to fight -Destructoid
So after the California video game law or anything like it got shot down in every court in every corner of America, the dimwit still wants to crusade for his cause. Arnold probably doesn't give a damn, as he's got a lot of his own bullshit catching up with him.
Sure, the Supreme Court has made some disturbing, scary decisions of late, but this wasn't one of them. In this case, they actually adhered to the Constitution and finally gave us all what we wanted to hear:
Video games are protected speech.
We knew that, but its still nice to hear, I think.
As Sterling said, though, considering what terrible shape California is in, shouldn't he invest his time in helping rebuild that state's economy, jobs and making the state a place people want to stay rather than ranking up there with New York and Illinois as a state people and businesses want to leave?
