MMOG suggestions please.

So I ended up leaving EVE after less than a month ( ), so I'd like some suggestions of fun MMOGs you guys enjoy.

Just two things:

1) No WoW
2) No bashing anyone's suggestions since I'm not asking for the bestest MMOG of all time, just want to see what games people here enjoy so I can check them out if I haven't already.

You know, I could probably give XIV a try since you can find it relatively cheap now. But they probably use the same card validation as XI so unless you are not required to input (and validate) a CC to play I may not be able to try it out.

And even if I actually liked it there's always the risk of being kicked out (like it happened with XI) once you are required to validate your card to pay.

Hopefully TOR and Skyrim will keep me occupied for a long time, but I cringe at the thought of having to go outside for entertainment should I get bored of single player games in the mean time.

You can use Paypal to play or use gamecards. (Not sure if these options are US only, though. And totally forget what side of the world you're on.)

I haven't seen game cards here, so I'll just assume I'd need to import them. Paypal on the other hand might work well.

I'll look into it, and maybe I'll end up playing XIV after all.




PS > I live in Mexico, but never had any problems whatsoever with payments until my card validation stopped working for XI. No other problems with any other services and purchases (including another place that also uses SecureCode), so who knows what happened there.

oh you should wait until FFXIV gets a few more updates but overall I think if things get better, you may eventually want to main FFXIV, mew.

for now, um, try that Dragonball Online mmorpg, I heard the Taiwanese servers are in beta now. It might be easier to get in than the Korean servers.

Ohhh, I didn't know about that POL change.

Guess my options have increased. Though I wish they switched sooner so I could finish buying bonanza marbles for the statues.

Kamehamehaaaaaa Online? Is it going to be translated to English or Japanese? Because I know zero Chinese (and chances are I will never learn that language) so it would be kinda hard for me to play that game. o_O
