She's 1 of the characters in Tales of Graces F

Yep, that's Pascal from Graces F. It's her cut-in for Emerald Strike and Shapphiring Squad.

It is. Whole race has hair like that, white hair becoming colored hair.

I thought about purchasing the game but then what stops me is not having enough time to play any more new games. I've still yet to "finish" Disgaea 4 or FFXIII-2 (I'm obviously not including any DLC) I still have some games in shrink wrap and I've returned a couple (immediately after receiving them in the mail due to the bad reviews I read AFTER Amazon.com ships out my pre-order)

I will warn you that Graces will probably have a limited release due to Namdai expecting low sales.
