You should take a moment and look up some gameplay video for Catherine. It is not an RPG, or anything vaguely resembling such; it's an action puzzle game with a Persona spinoff storyline attached. It's not bad, but don't go in expecting Persona 5 or you'll be in for a rude awakening.
