Why can't people appreciate the rich amounts of info I share? Who else here shared and kept people up to date with specific stuff and media from like Type-0, Arcana Heart 3, Dynasty Warriors 7, Armored Core V, and other stuff?

I don't like blogs, mew. Their structure isn't comfy and not as many people would view it as they would in a more generalized board visited by hundreds to thousands, including non-registered fans that just want to read this stuff?

I hope you realize there's only like 30 regulars on this forum and we get at most like 100 people reading daily if you count unregistered users. If you had your own J9'S MEWSOME GAME INFO MEW MEW BLOG you'd at least turn up on Google. In fact you'd be making yourself available to other people like you, who would actually type "mew" into a search engine!

AH3 port is said to the best of the best! It fixes and balances things so much better than the previous ones! The port is said to have no glitchy things. And importers find the online netcode to be one of the best!

I'll remain skeptical until I see no abuse videos on Youtube. I get annoyed when every 10 year old finds exploits on the 'net and uses it at the arcades thinking they're superior players. As a parent, makes me want to slap 'em clear across the arcade board.

It isn't fighting games for dummies like MVC3 happens to be. The advanced combos require really good timing, skill and reflexes, mew. And a lot of special and super commands isn't as easy as doing a fireball or pressing one button to launch and dial a combo.

I don't think you understood what I was saying. Fiona Mayfield in the first version is a good example of what I'm talking about. It was more than just good timing - it also happened to be a bug which was only possible with a specific combo routine but could be pulled off by any 10 year old out there.

I think Gobo, Armando and I do a pretty good job of it, but we pick cool games to talk about.

You picking a good niche game or mainstream title is pretty much a shot in the dark.

Additionally, you just spam threads with links, pic links without actually posting the picture and otherwise its hype hype mew mew. You forget these games a week after they're out. You don't savor them or dig deep into what they have to offer and share that with other people.

And whatever gone-tomorrow game you tend to proclaim as the next great epic.

You even bandwagoned on to Dissida Duodecim for a bit, but I think we doubt you even own a PSP because you're not talking about it

Do you mean the very first Arcana Heart? The series has improved a lot since then! And it takes more than a specific combo routine for a 10 year old to beat better players, real experts and masters out there! Of course no fighting game is completely balanced (except Karate Champ.) but Arcana Heart 3 masters have confirmed all characters and all arcana are viable to win.

But Arcana Heart 3 matches have shown that the tide can turn at any moment! And there are great defensive systems to make a comeback (like the Burst system allows you break out of their combos).


And if a player gets beaten by some combo routine done by a 10 year old in Arcana Heart 3, I think they need to work on their defensive and offensive strategies and reflexes too.

I come to this site for FF-related things. The only reason I would have any interest in news or information regarding other games is if one of the FFXI-related people has an experience or an anecdote they want to share, and then only because I care about what my friends are up to. If I were interested in clips and announcements about other completely non-related games, I would go to a site that specializes in providing that kind of information. I know how to use google. So, speaking only for myself, I find this kind of thread completely useless.

Normally I would agree with this, but so few of the posters here actually play XI, without the other stuff and ponies, no one would be posting here at all.
