  • More insane Steam sales

Seems they're gonna be changing every day. Current savings include 75% off Super Meat boy and Portal, and 85% off Deus Ex. (There's others but I'm lazy.)

I no longer have an excuse not to buy Super Meat Boy.

And I no longer have an excuse not to buy Deus Ex.

(. . . now, which one do I play first?)

Play DX, see if you can find any user mods that clean up graphics and such.

Planet DeusEx - News, Screenshots, Previews, Reviews, Guides go here for that stuff.

The second one isn't as crucial to play, but its still a fun ride, if a bit too streamlined. Neither are exceptionally long games, its more that there are just so many different ways to play through the campaigns that wind up making it interesting and give it some replay value.

You can go for complete stealth and no kills, go in guns blazing, hack stuff to work in your favor, find alternate paths to objectives or do a mix of it all.

Super Meat Boy... well.. that's kinda like Donkey Kong Country Returns. Something to play in spurts because it will frustrate some people at points.

Upon closer inspection there's some big savings on game collections too. The Valve pack is 72% off right now, so you can buy all Valve games for $50.

Super Meat Boy is $7.50 if you missed your chance to get it yesterday. Osmos and Nimbus are $5, Rush is $2.50, all three have demos. L4D2 is $10 and Borderlands is $13.00.

I picked up all the PoP games yesterday for under 20 USD. So good.
Burning questions are burning: Is jenova_9 really a girl and is she cute? Does she talk like that in real life?

the last couple days haven't really interested me. But I've already picked up so much, can't really complain.

Thought I'd toss this in here, since D-toid posted it a few minutes ago, just in case some people picked up Morrowind during the Steam sale.

Just follow the links found here:
