I'm very interested in seeing the different parts of the game from each General's perspective.

Just imagine the scenario with Benjamin Franklin and George Washington, teaming up to lead different armies to fight thousands of soldiers from the Evil British Empire in slow-mo.

They can call it Republican Warriors.

Then Republican Warriors Zero will be a prequel where they fight thousands of indians of course in order to free their land from themsleves.

And in RW7 Supreme General Bush will be leading his armies on the field in a fight to liberate Iraq. Additions to the gameplay will be Neo-Bush mode (you need to dodge falling shoes 100 times in a row with precise button presses to unlock it) which would feature full Bullet-time fighting. And Oil tapping, which will increase your resource regeneration rate every time you conquer, I mean liberate a new region.

I don't think it would sell well unless you added fantasy into the mix (like General Zorro fighting alongside Miguel Hidalgo for instance) since no one knows or cares about Mexican heroes.

I'm just saying if we're going to have historical wars bastardized, let's bastardize them all equally.

Just imagine: Robert E. Lee painfully overacted from a Japanese perspective. An over-the-top assasxxxxtion of Abraham Lincoln, I think they'd let him give a very inspirational speech before dying.

In Samurai Warriors 3, Tokugawa should spend some time killing Christians, but he doesn't. So much for historical accuracy here. Then again, every time we have some reimagining of Roman Gladiators that never happens, either.

Dynasty Warriors is pure L.O.L nowadays. The first installment was a decent fighter. The second revolutionised (in my opinion) the PS2 hardware, being able to fight a crazy amount of enemies at one time by yourself was just awsome. Very remenicent (spelling? ^^) of kessen.

The rest in one sentence are cheap rehashes of the same design and hack and slash gameplay, basically 2/6 were awsome the other 4 are crap. Not intrested in DW7

mew! That is unfair way to evaluate them! Each one has its differences, but of course each one can't be too different, otherwise they would step out of the popular genre the DW series established.

The best ones were 4 and 5, 6 is considered one of the worst, but DW7 will surely be the best, and the story will be even more entertaining and interesting with the introduction of Jin dynasty!

Nuuuu! They have their differences! Look at the people who buy every Madden or every wrestling game. Those games just be doing something right to be successful and continue making sequels!

Same with Dynasty Warriors. Well ya even I don't buy every single DW out there. I bought 4 and 5, and Warriors Orochi 2 when I had a 360. And now I'm very interested in DW7! (Also buying Fist of the North Star, but that's a very different flavor of action game from the DW games.)

But ya if they make a DW7:XL, I probably would wait for DW8, unless XL or Empires adds very valuable stuff that DW7 might not have (like maybe if online co-op is not added until a special version, that might be worth buying the XL version for it.)

I haven't owned a DW game for years, skipped the DW6 series of games,
and I didn't buy DW Strikeforce despite the 4 player online co-op (the text is too small, and I dunno, I prefer the free roaming lands and armies instead of loading rooms. Also not enough characters.)

so DW will feel fresh and fun again with DW7! It will have possibly the most characters and new characters in a main DW game, new cutscenes, new story parts, new historic battles and Jin dynasty, and lots more!

All madden games are actually the same thing. A Basketball game first one, will be the same as the second one. Same for football, and baseball. Its all the same thing, the others are just the same, but with different people.
