Mario's 25th anniversary Wii and DSi XL bundles coming!

Nintendo announces red Wii, DS bundles; Wii Remote Plus - Destructoid.com



No importing needed, they start selling them Nov. 7th in the US.

Also, they come with the "Wii Remote Plus" which has the Wii Motion Plus stuff built in, so no silly dongle or rubber wiimote condom needed. I'm sure that controller will be sold separately soon, but it also will be coming with the game FlingSmash for the time being, so there's a deal if you need one.

Think I'll go with FlingSmash, I don't need another Wii or DS and I have both in black, which I like.

wow a red Wii, thats cool, but yeah same here I have a Wii and a DS already and really can not justify getting another ;p

Well, I would get the DSi XL, but I don't want the fuss of transferring my DSiWare games again. You bug Nintendo enough and they can get it done for you. You just have to find the right person to annoy.

I just can't justify it when 3DS is not that terribly far off. I intend to keep my DSi just long enough to trade Pokemon to myself on the 3DS.

I used to have this idea that I'd collect all the iterations of Game Boy and DS and put them in a case or something, but with 3DS being able to play games from every Nintendo handheld ever, I'll just stick to that.

Meh, pretty pointless unless you don't already own these two or you're TGM.

When they come out with a pink Wii ... I'm sure my daughter will be begging me with puppy eyes until I get her one. She's already clamboring for one just after seeing the Kirby trailer.

I like the Wii bundle, but Mario Kart with the DSi bundle? meh
