Celibi is being distributed at Gamestop, as expected, before Black/White is released.

Dates are Feb 21st through March 6th.

Got my Celebi, transferring that to Pokemon Black/White gets you Zorua, when you have Celibi in your party at a certain event, this seems to be the only way to get Zorua.
