It will all depend on how good Portal 2 does with PS3 players. If they make Newell eat his words you can definitely expect at least a few Valve ports for the PS3.

I only say that because it's more comfortable playing on my 360 and I have a pretty big friend's list on XBL.

As far as quality goes, yeah PC is clearly unmatched.
