Yay! This is will so fun, mew! I watched the subbed version of Fist of the North Star 1 and 2 and it really is one of the best stories and characters ever! Very deep and meaningful! oh ya and the action is a bonus.

Its not like this hasn't had a game before, either.

Well you OBVIOUSLY haven't seen the entirety of the anime and its complete story to understand and value the entirety of the the franchise and characters history!

The past games didn't look and play this good! The last Hokuto No Ken action adventure game that was somewhat decent was Last Battle, and that was back then on the Genesis. (which was based on HNK2's story arcs with names altered.)

and there was also the fighting game, but Sega never brought it over here. (anyways a FOTNS action adventure game with multiple favorites to choose from and fields to explore and stuff, is much closer to the source material than just 1 on 1 matches.)

Ya there was also the PS2 adventure game, but only Kenshiro was playable in that, and the combat system is not as deep as this! Plus Koei knows how to blend story and character interaction without interfering too much with gameplay! Ken's Rage really is truly the next generation Fist of the North Star game for today's consoles!

Mew mew mew! This will be one of the greatest games ever!

I hope I'm wrong because Hokuto deserves a decent game, but this is pretty much guaranteed to have the clunkiest controls ever with the most repetitive gameplay ever.

Even by Sengoku Musou standards.

Repetitive and Warriors games is like Final Fantasy and chocobos.

It's not necessarily a bad thing of course, but I really hope they take a Ryu ga Gotoku approach to spice things up. Either way controls and enemy AI will be what will really make or brake this one for me.

So I'm keeping my hopes fairly low and hoping I'm completely wrong about it.

nuuuuu! Dynasty Warriors is not repetitive like games you mentioned! it has lots of freedom in many cases deciding which officers to defeat and different ways to defeat them, and so many playable characters, there lots of variety and style, and different stories and character relations too! And many different special attacks and customization, etc.!
Riding horses is fun too!

and Tetris is one of the most tedious repetitious games!

Block appears, put block somewhere, block appears, put block somewhere, blocks disappear, block appears, place block somewhere. again and again and again and again and again MEW!!!! >.<

It's madness to think people think Tetris is replayable. It's not fun and so pointless.

I understand, watching the Game Over message over and over again without being able to even make a 4 line combo can be traumatizing.
