Ahaha, now that's going to be epic painful to acquire unless I find some centralized retailer to buy the comics/books from.

Edit > Then again Amazon probably has most of them. I hope.

Since I'd rather not buy them here due to translations. Just the same way I try not to buy dubbed stuff.

By the way, have they finally recognized Terry (Batman Beyond) as a part of the DC Universe? I really liked the animated series, but I don't know how it fared compared to the official stuff in the comics.

Mile High Comics - Your New And Collectible Comic Book Store

If there is something you can't find, I've purchased through Mile High and always been pleased.

Yes, but how that will stand is kinda iffy. Grant Morrison stuffed all batman comics prior to Batman RIP into somewhere around 15 years of the life of the batman (Which in itself makes sense but some of the events from series are tied into those). Plus with all the new additions and how villains have changed such as Bane who is a hero/anti hero in the secret six. So as it stands everything from the animated series including Return of the Joker movie happens and that where the mini series takes place. But then Terry will be getting his own series so it is quite possible (since authors of the bat books wont look forward only back and editors have to care enough to look into it) will cause some distortion but they might have a booster gold and or parallel dimension type explanation for substantial changes like that.

But from what i hear (haven't read it yet) it has its moments for the miniseries and the series will focus on the life of a person not completely devoted to the life.

here is an interview that shred some views on it from the creator.

It's nice seeing they finally recognized him. And from what I've just found out it's supposed to be a 6 issue series right? I'll probably wait for the compilation before buying it.

Also going to get all the animated movies I missed in all this time. Even though they seem to have little to do with the comics. That Batman/Superman movie looks pretty good. Same with the Batman Beyond movie Return of the Joker (uncut) or something.

Man, so much to catch up to, it's going to cut heavily into my gaming time/budget. XD

Re: DC Universe Online PS3 and PC Online Beta signups begins!

Best line I have heard in a longtime is from Return of the Joker when Joker is taunting Terry. Its worth watching just to hear that line.

On the budget part DC comics are moving down to 2.99 for main monthly publications so the closer you get to current the cheaper they will start getting. You could also work something out with your local comic book shop to hold issues for you until you come up with the money.

But yeah done derailing the thread.

I'm definitely aiming for a Bat-suit. And here's hoping they release a Batman Beyond costume later on.

The post the PC specs for this one yet? I'm sure they're not too high, but I just want to be sure since I'm putting a new PC ahead of a PS3 at this point. I'd like something nice enough to run this and maybe DX: Human Revolution at best.

None yet that I'm aware of. I just went looking 2 days ago and didn't find any.

Just thought I'd update on the JLA Rock of Ages stuff.

If you have a PSP and the comic reader, DC recently added Grant Morrison's run on JLA to PSN, which includes the "Rock of Ages" storyline (issues #10 - #15). They're $1.99 each. Definately a good read.

This is some higher end stuff on some parts and things can get cheaper across the board. This will play DCUO for sure though, and allow you to run work related programs with no readjustments of anything. I do not recommend over clocking on this rig though, and also you are a PCI express 2.0 shy of crossfire build. Some improvements that can be introduced later are as followed.
