      I always want games on PS3 over the other consoles. Free online + HD graphics beats the alternative. But that's the gamer in me talking.

      Do I think it makes financial sense for Atlus or anyone else to release PS3-exclusive games? I don't know, but 3D Dot Game Heroes and Demon's Souls tell me that at least Atlus USA aren't scared of releasing PS3-exclusives, and the Persona series has always done well in North America.

      I wouldn't cry if Persona 5 ended up on DS or 3DS or PSP or whatever, but I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't be disappointed.

        Atlus hasn't made a game for PS3 themselves, only published them, that says a lot to me about how much of a priority it is for them. They have made Wii games which, again, says a great deal about where they'll go. And its really only been Trauma Center 2 and Trauma Team.

        Personally I don't want to see Persona game until another proper SMT main series title comes out. And from the sounds of it, that might actually be the case since Persona 5 is still in pre-planning. I'd rather have a remake or update to Persona 2 Innocent Sin and Eternal Punishment before a Persona 5 as well.

        We only got P2 Eternal Punishment, which is only the second half of a whole game.

        I keep hoping to see something over the PS3 SMT game, but nothing from the last two TGS shows.

          Bumping, but not for Catherine.

          Turns out SMT: Devil Hunter is a cell phone game. I know Atlus is mostly getting absorbed into a cell phone company in Japan, but still.

          Oh well, these days that could mean an eventual DSi/WiiWare release or one on PSN as well.

          I just don't see cell phones as a serious gaming platform, but at least some companies are starting to wise up and not limit these releases to cell phones. Seems SE even turns around and remakes them DS or PSP at least.

            I can see cell phone gaming for simple puzzle style games. Tetris, Bejeweled, etc or Cooking Mama, Cake Mania, etc type games. I just can't see RPG games unless they stylize them to be played in tiny bits. Thats what I do with cell phone games, play the hell out of the ones I can play for short bursts. I love them for that. But if I want to sit down with an immersive game, like an RPG, I don't want to do it on my damn cell phone. Hell I don't even want to do it on my iPad. I've had Chaos Rings on my iPad now for quite some time and I still haven't gotten into it.

              I see cellphones as a good platform for RPG/strategy quickies, but not for twitch puzzle games at all.

              But then again I'm biased since I almost accidentally my cellphone because of Lumines not long ago. <_<;

                I "accidentally my cellphone" a lot.

                Atlus Online (mistakenly listad as Atlus USA) has unvieled its Q1 for North America, you can see a total lack of details here:

                Atlus USA’s Early 2011 Line Up Has Online Games Including The Tower Of Druaga // Siliconera

                Keep in mind that Atlus Online is a different entity from Atlus USA, so Atlus US still have their Q1 US plans to unveil. Atlus Online has a spotty reputation for their games, particularly considering the MMOs they play host to don't really see much in the way of real GM support.

                For Atlus Japan, it is presently known that Catherine will land February 17th 2011. You know they're going to bring that to the US by summer or fall 2011, given the localization time. Heck, since its not a Persona game with wacky school schedules we might see it sooner.
