I was impressed by Kid Icarus - wasn't expecting that.

MGS 3DS: Snake Eater - also wasn't expecting that.

Didn't expect Adult Link to go cellshaded, lots of depth added to the areas of Skyward Sword. Nice Wiimote ideas, too.

Three SMT games would assure my loyalty to anything, but the fact there are three lined up already is rather mind-blowing. And EOIV.

Another handheld KH. Didn't see that coming. There were already two for this show and hitting in September.

Ya nothing really that impressive.

I think BBQ means quite the opposite, in that it started off slow and crappy, then all of a sudden dropped some massive bombs on everyone to blow people away. Which is really what they should do, no point in leading off with your big names and putting the crowd to sleep towards the end. Start off slow, get them all off guard, then jam the awesome down their throat before they have a chance to react.

Nintendo really is a letdown this year, as usual.

Yay! Sony has an exciting line up and more to come (including Versus XIII which is listed in the E3 show floor. it wasn't at the
Sony conference, but the new trailer is coming tommorrow I think.)

YAY!! PORTAL 2 for PS3!!!!!!!!!!! wow that is like extremely unexpected! 0.0 yay I wont have to waste money getting a gaming PC or upgrades to play it!

the new FFXIV trailer is JAW DROPPING! squeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!

new Twisted Metal looks really cool!

Little Big Planet 2 looks more creative than ever before!

that Dead Space 2 double game package is a great deal!!!!

Playstation Move looks to work waaaaay better than wiimote!

Assassin Creed 2 multiplayer seems interesting wonder how good that will be.

DC Universe Online is going to be a big hit too!

Sony definitely has the best conference and best surprises by far!!! and there's more to come at E3 tommorrow! =^^=

so the Playstation Home E3 show floor is ready? I might download it tonight to see.

Watching the 3DS stream (part II) and liking what I've seen so far.

New Zelda trailer was horrible what the crap, it's like they made a hybrid of WW and TP in terms of the art work. That and nothing really spectacular was shown off.

Metroid: Other M was extremely impressive at least, and I'll get back to you on 3DS in a bit. Also going to log into HOME so I can view Sony's virtual E3 booth. Man all those bitching exclusives, and PS Plus > XBL Gold wow. They get major points for actually bothering to offer Canadians content unlike MS which keeps all the really nice shit U.S. only.


EDIT: Okay so no real live demonstations of the 3DS which was very disappointing, but the info was solid. 3D camera + auto-communication = freaking win. And an analog pad finally.

There wasn't very much that wasn't previously announced or leaked. It's getting harder and harder for them to have really awesome E3s like they used to.

That seems to be the way of the times to be perfectly honest. Geez, at this rate everything will have to be done in the dark and kept under lock & key >_>


While there were disappointments, all around this year's E3 was pure candy. Can't wait to try that Medal of Honor beta on the 21st (give me something to do while FFXI is updating LOL) and then the Assassin's Creed Beta (both PSN onry) later in the year. New Xbox and PS3 packages are sweet, 3DS is boss as well and a good chunk of awesome new games.


Can't wait to try Heavy Rain again after the PS Move update. Wonder if they can retro patch God of War 3 as well O. O;

Checking to see if FFXIV site has the new E3 trailers up... and yes, it's up!

I didn't see any lists for 3DS drop until just before Nintendo spoke of it themselves. The support for 3DS is unreal this early on, that thing might have the best launch of any console or handheld if even a handful of them are ready in time.
