Yep, that's right, they couldn't even be bothered to release a whole game at one time. Some games can be episodic, but this isn't one I would have really put in that mold.

In related "Sega Fails" news, they're trying to get someone to pick up the tab on finishing Shenmue for them. Considering MS picking up the tab on porting Shenmue II and that one flopping hardcore, i'm assuming they'll shoot for Wii or PS3.
No high hopes for it unless they hire on Yu Suzuki to finish it, though.
Were it not for the RPG half of Sega and some of the other stuff they published right now, they would be dead to me. They mostly are just Sega in name, now.
Kinda makes me wish Nintendo would have bought them out rather than Sammy, perhaps then they would be something that slightly resembled Sega now.
