The list needs more Dynasty Warriors. I loved 3's voice acting purely because it was so hilarious, think really badly dubbed martial arts movie hilarious. DW4's voice acting was hilarious too due to the amount of overacting put into the voices, you can tell the VAs weren't taking it seriously at all

I can't belive that nobody has mentioned the Japanese dub of Disgaea 2 yet. I don't think I've ever been able to turn on the Japanese voice track on that game AND keep a straight face. Especially when Adell, Rozalin or Etna are involved in the scene. Adell sounds so dull he sounds like he has taken a bottle of prozac while Rozalin hops from mumbling incoherently to screeching at the top of her voice, same with Etna except she sounds like a harpy all the time.
Same with the Japanese voice track to Valkyria Chronicles. I have no idea WHAT accent that games VAs were trying to pull but I don't think there was a single good line in the Japanese version. The subtitles made it even more hilarious too since they don't match the english script OR what is being said in Japanese
There is also Chie in the Japanese version of Persona 4. Oh dear god that voice still haunts me in my dreams.
