I just love how I see peopel complaining how bad the PS2 is...

I've dropped my PS2 (Original from release date) a few times. Its fallen from the Tv stand a few times, i've had cord pulled out from it by my dog. I've even chipped it. And it still works perfectly fine. Its been working since release day.

but as for the no more BC... that is BS!. I play a few games on my PS3 that are from the PS2. Yea, I can use my PS2 syustem to play them, but why would I want to if I have 1 system there that does it all?

Ordinarily I wouldn't mind a few images, but I agree this time it was way over the top. Images removed, language edited, thread title edited.

It's not like I was trying to get the images removed. Was just trying to give him a damned clue and avoid future stupidity.

And I'm not turning off images just because Mal likes to spam image macros instead of posting =P That's like blacklisting everyone because one person harassed you.

To actually post something relevant to the topic, this is pretty lame, but I don't own a PS3 so it doesn't really affect me. Still, they did shoot themselves in the foot, whether they wanted to or not. With the PS2, XBox 360, and Wii being backwards compatible, there was no way people weren't going to rage about this.

This truly disappoints me... I missed the PS2 "Hay-Day" by being to involved in college. This really disappoints me... I am one of the people holding off on buying a PS3 mostly because of the lack of BC. Price ... meh. I agree with the person who said they are taking a backseat to something they actually started with the PS2.

Soo disappointed by this.

Shadow of the Collossus... I will play thee one day. Seems it may have to be a PSP version (totally wishful thinking, though it proly would ruin the game)

I was THINKING of getting a PS3 Slim, because of the 299 price tag and the hope of them adding PS2 emulation to the shop at some point, hell even if they cahrged 25-50 for it I would not care......


Sony has no clue how much they are screwing up -.-

I still have my Fat PS2 (wow I know) and its finaly started showing its age, but it still works fine. I know it will go out on me within the next 2 years though

I want one system for each company that will play all my games, I should not have to keep my PS2 just because Sony wants to be retarded.
