Slated for July 6th, no mention of bonuses for the release at this time.





Other details:

- Completely revamped interface and presentation, with 2-D backgrounds and faster "visual-novel" style cutscenes, as well as faster text and fast-forward mode.
- Installation option even for the UMD version for super fast load times.
- Most of P4's gameplay improvements, including Manual party control, combat assists from teammates (killing blows, combos, etc.), and some changes to the "one more", Shuffle Time, and dungeon mechanics, and a full party menu that lets you change their equipment directly rather than by talking to them individually.
- A bonus area opens during the last month that lets you re-fight previous boss battles at higher levels with various restrictions in place, plus a new bonus boss.
- The female MC (MShe) has different music for most of the often-heard tracks (school, town, S. Link, battle, Tartarus boss).
- New Spell Cards that let you give skills directly to Persona outside of the fusion system
- Revamped Fusion Skills that are now linked to expendable items that you can buy with gems.
- MShe has about 8 (I think) completely new S. Links, involving both completely new characters and male party members, while some of the returning S. Links are rewritten for the different perspective.
- Some new scenes added for the Male MC, but for the most part his game is the same, with all of the same S. Links as he had in FES.
- Five difficulty levels

The bonus dungeon is more of a remixed version of FES's "The Answer" dungeons with amp-up version of bosses from the main story. The story of "The Answer" will not be included in this version. But it was sort of supplemental stuff anyway, you wouldn't be missing anything that you couldn't have already figured out if you finished the main story and also played Persona 4, which spills the beans on its other revelation.

Aw that's the day after my birthday too. Damn you Atlus for not possessing intocontinental psychic powers!

That being said I can still import it though knowing Play-Asia, for some stupid arbitrary reason they won't deliver it to any country inside the EU like they did with BlazBlue, Prinny, Disgaea 3 and Class of Heroes. Though to be fair we did get Disgaea 3...Eventually .

That alone is enough to make me want to import it as soon as possible, especially the manual party control. While I will admit that the AI is very, very good for an RPG, it still makes silly mistakes that a human player could easily avoid. Like not having the entire party run from a battle instead of just running off leaving MC on his own against 3 shadows, one of which has an extra turn...As soon as that happens I tend to just soft reset unless MC has a persona that makes him immune to the Shadow's attacks

If they can fix that whole bit where Mitsuru does Marin Karin or Tentarafoo for no reason in the AI function, that's really all I ask they do. But now I can run her manually anyway. I just preferred flipping the AI back on in P4 if I was questing or just doing some extra grinding.

I tended to flip the AI back on when grinding and farming on P4 but when entering a new area I prefered to have it off until the party was at about the same level as the nearby shadows.
