Yay for more MGS story! Actually, I honestly felt Kojima-sama was pretty thorough with the plot in each game especially 4 (wtf hour long ending movie...) but I don't dare bitch one bit. MGS

It answered every question I could think of and did a damn good job of leaving no more to be answered. However knowing Kojima that doesn't necessarily mean we know everything there is to know about Metal Gear.

Apparently MGS Next isn't the only thing Kojima Productions has cooking right now. There's another project called "Mask" with its own teaser site:

All that's on there is a womans face with her eyes and mouth sewn shut. its kinda mottled, too, as if the face was something to be worn. Sounds creepy whatever it is, but cool to see something fresh coming from Kojima's team.

My sentiments exactly. I don't think I've experienced a story as well portrayed as the MGS saga in some time (and I don't just mean games, I mean movies and tv series too)

In reference to the countdown, since I can't find the thread on that, and I don't have the drive to keep looking:

Kojima just revealed what each of those symbols was supposed to mean:

* 5 = it is an MGS5 class game
* S = Snake
* 巳＝snake in Kanji
* E = E3
* R = Raiden
* 3 = 3 from 360 and E3
* 6 = 6 from 360
* P and S = PSP and adding 3 makes it PS3

You know what Kojima?

Not sure if this is new to anybody anymore, but the Mask link is now a Castlevania link, and it looks pretty good.
