I was talking about a more general use for them to replace paper though.
Something along the lines of having Scrolls back, but instead of being just a simple piece of paper it would be a foldable personal computer capable of not only give you the latest info in real time but also handle basic functions like taking notes, internet access and video/audio play back. All with a touch screen and without the need for a keyboard.
They could be either flat rigid panels for multipurpose e-paper or foldable for portable e-readers.
And the technology is already available so it's only a matter of time. And given the market is moving towards cheaper more convenient personal computing I don't lose hope I'll see them in the market in a decade or so.
