The latest Famitsu reveals the "secret special feature for the game."

Throughout the main story mode and special sidequests, up to 16 players can gather online in town squares to meet, converse, and trade. Within these town squares, up to 4 players can group together and play through the game or play specific co-op mode quests.

The successor to the long-dead True Fantasy Live Online? Looks like Level-5 wants to build on the success of the Monster Hunter franchise. We'll see if it comes to fruition in December when the game launches, but I have a feeling this is gonna be a big one at TGS this week.
