I haven't been keeping tabs on IGN or Joystiq in months. This one looks awesome! I wish they'd get back to Alucard already. I'm fairly certain that was him in "disguise" in Dawn of Sorrow. There's no way he's dead, but who knows what happened to him and Maria after SotN.

I'd like to see him brought back again and teamed up with Soma.

I actually followed this one once. Before I started FFXI. <.<; So, yeah, this stuff be some long times in the making. Seeing this, then, is a suprise of sorts for me.

I wish the guys behind it the best, but honestly, the only game TGM posted that's making it to my wishlist is Chrono Trigger.

What no Cake Mania for anyone!!? WTF!?

One game that I'm probably going to indulge in is Syberia. Its an old PC game ported over so that caught my eye. I don't even have a pre-order for Crono Trigger which is very odd for me. But I have played the hell out of that game through the years so that could be why. Probably going to wait and buy it used just so I have it in my collection.

Incredible (but I wouldn't say the best) story, interesting game play, and apparently good music (I honestly noticed very little). Great game, no way around it. Not to mention, revolutionary.

But I think it is a bit overhyped sometimes. But then I think about FF7 and I think "nvm, Chrono Trigger is just awesome."

I actually just didn't like it.

Did not care for the story or the characters. Nothing about the game really stuck out to me, and I found it dull. ^^ it's nice that so many people love it, but it just didn't do anything for me, sorry.


My favorite RPG is still Lunar SSS Complete and Legend of the Dragoon.

I have Syberia for PC. It's quite good (and the sequel isn't bad either).

Syberia and Syberia II were sort of coattail spinoffs from the Myst phenomenon (point-and-click adventures). I can't really imagine what a DS remake would be like. Bad graphics and touch controls instead of good graphics and a mouse pointer, I guess.

My recommendation would be to skip the DS version and just get a PC copy for a fraction of the price.

I've played the PC version. Thats why I knew it was a PC port and was interested in it.
