    So frigging awesome, yet sooooo friggin hard. The new secret spots have swinging parts that are seriously insanely hard compared to the original game, about gave me a friggin aneurysm.

    Anyone else playing this yet? I got the PS3 version.

    Yeah, the game rules. It brings back memories of how hard games use to be. I remember playing this game and I getting to the last level a few times then starting over at the beginning because I couldnt get the timing of shooting into the airplane(I think it was an airplane). You gotta love those old school, unforgiving, hard, start over at the beginning of the level because you messed up on the last level games.

      It's very enjoyable. One of the best retro-remakes I've played in recent years.

      Versus mode is pretty tight too.

        Have you been able to pull off getting to whatever item is up top in the secret part of Area 04? I was attempting it for 2 hours straight last night, got within 1 swing of it and got spikerated.

          It's a special item popular in old Capcom games, collect all four and it unlocks something.

            Man, this game is kicking my tailfeathers all over the place. PS3 version here as well.

            I love it lots though. It's tough as nails. Might actually be harder than Ninja Gaiden, which is high praise indeed.
