I am almost ready to be able to summon Satan in Persona 3.

I'm not sure that's a good thing, but I need to create him to make Pale Rider, I think. I want Pale Rider and Messiah persona before I beat the game the first time.

Already have Surt, Thor, Sigfried, Micheal, Baal Zubual, Melkizedek and some other high tier Personas. I've gotten most of thier weapons as well. Micheal's sword is pimp.

Beat Persona 3's main quest last night, totally awesome ending.

Of course, I did the bad ending a few weeks ago just for kicks. Good ending this time. Got my New Cycle data ready for next time.

Started the supplemental content, "The Answer" and its kicking my ass really hard. I've been grinding and obtaining persona so much I haven't gone to do the first boss fight yet.

It still amuses me that the "Gigas" in Persona are modeled after Hulk Hogan.

Starting up the Wild Arms series next. I wanted to get Shinobi out of the way first as it should be shorter than every other game on the list, but alas.. Shinobi is a terrible game. Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G also takes up a lot of my time so I am doubting I will get through all of this over the summer.

I'd play Persona 3 and Shadow Hearts 3 before the Wild Arms series to be honest. Both of those games left me satisfied but the Wild Arms series was pretty "meh".

People actually played Folklore or still want to?

Ew. That's one of those "first generation" RPGs. Basically, its something they make so they can say RPGs exist, even though the genre never picks up til a year or two later after the console is out.

Skip Lament of Innocence, its a DMC knockoff more than it is a Castlevania game. The real Castlevania games are relased on GBA, DS or PSP these days.

Side note: It saddens me Nippon Ichi put Disgaea 3 on PS3 "just cuz." They could have just made it a PS2 game and no one would have held it against them. Its not like they really needed more graphical horsepower for the series, given it still looks like a Saturn game.

I've been playing Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker on my DS. I just synthed my first Rank S monster and it pretty much tears apart anything I'm fighting at this point in the game.

Probably just as much that as that they can't risk expanding beyond Sony consoles and the handheld market, given how small Nippon Ichi actually is

It hasn't stopped them from planning DS or PSP versions of the series at any rate, and really, portable is kinda where I prefer that genre. I can wait.

Folklore isn't really an RPG, it's more like a Devil May Cry -1. I enjoy the story though and it's not a bad game.

As for Lament of Innocence, I am a very big Castlevania fan and I have no intention of allowing any of them to go unplayed even if they are supposedly terrible or not "real". I enjoyed Curse of Darkness enough to play it through 3 or 4 times and from what I hear Lament of Innocence is actually better. It also happens to be one of very few Castlevania games I have not yet played, and it took me a hell of a long time to find one new and sealed that wasn't from eBay, so it's getting played.

I do agree about Disgaea 3 though, but oh well. At least it's not on the 360.

Persona 3.. eh. All I have heard about it is "omgwtfepic" but after 4 or 5 hours I am not really impressed. I am assuming it will pick up more later but for now I will go through the other games I want to play more first. I hear it's also very long, so it would be better to get through some of the shorter games first.

Shadow Hearts 3 may never get played again. The character design is so abysmal I find myself hating every character but Shania. I loved every character in the 2nd game so coming to this right after I finished SH2 just killed it for me.
