they should just make choosing a size part of character creation, many games do this (free ones I might add) (Perfect World)
heck even a preset value would make since like after choosing gender and such choose a cup size A, B, C, or D, or even DD

not that I like huge boobs on my characters, because I don't, anything over C for me is to much, and that even depends on the type of character I am wanting to make.

Apparently they messed up something during the patch and it screwed up the boob slider for character creation

Not exactly, one guy got upset and posted a thread about it and the majority told him to get a life, a few defended him based on on choices of aesthetics given to AoC players at the beginning but most posters and even posters of the site of the above link think it's a rather useless thread.....

A pity the AoC forums are not public I say... That and it's probably going to be 'fixed' soon. ^^
