You know after playing Super Smash Bro. Brawl I told myself... They basically could copy, paste this adventure mode and that would be a new version of Kid Icarus.

I wouldn't be surprised if that really was a large part of what they based it on. Let's hope they make Pitt as cool as he is in SSBB.

Just because Lair sucked - and Lair sucked because PS3s lame-ass SIXAXIS controller was central to it - doesn't mean Factor 5 is going to fuck up Kid Icarus.

Try playing Lair with normal analog controls and telling me it doesn't suck. :\

Rogue Squadron used to be great. I'm not sure what happened to Factor 5 along the way.

Yeah I think the Wii is the only system it will come out on. I just don't see it coming out on the 360 or PS3, but meh you never know lol ^^

Well, it's more a matter of "huh, they're making a new one" than "HOLY SHIT WHAT THE HELL WHY IS IT EXCLUSIVE TO THIS CONSOLE". Although actually the DS would probably not be a bad choice either.

I agree, I wouldn't mind playing it on my DS. I can imagine it being worth the price tag to have a portable version. ^^

In volume 204 of Nintendo Power, an article was written about the game describing it as blending together elements from The Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bros., and Metroid, stating that Pit can "jump like Mario, collect items like Link, and shoot enemies like Samus."

Or in other words: Kid Icarus Wii: Super Legend of Corruption Galaxy.

Actually, that was the first thing I thought when I saw the supposed concept art. That said, God of War seems pretty good, God of War by Nintendo, mixed with Metroid, Zelda, and Mario? Holy shit win.
