    And yet, they're very much related. Being forced to listen to a little girl screech "LOOK IT'S EATING!!!" tends to grate on your nerves, especially when you're force-fed equally irritating voice clips through the entire game. Since talking to NPCs is such a huge aspect, shitty voice acting is a big deal.

    A dialogue intensive game doesn't bother me. I play Bioware games, after all. However, if you are going to do voice overs and force the player to deal with it, then it is important that they are done right. I will say no more on this matter.

            Oh yes, I have several DC's. At least 3, boxed up and new, that I found while cleaning out my game room so my grandson's could move in. We still hook one up occasionally and play. One of my favorite games was Seaman!! That game cracked me up. I was also a Shenmue fan and could care less if other people didn't like it because it didn't have enough action for them. One man's trash is another's treasure.

              DC was epic fail really. I owned MvC, GTA2 and RE: Code Veronica and only because I got them all cheap @ a clearance sale >_>

              Though I still firmly believe that power stone 2 was one of the greatest fighters ever, and that Smash Bros, good as it is, can lick it's nut sack. When it comes to fighters, Capcom owns.

                    I think the quite a few people might argue that you are wrong. They are people still using and enjoying the DC and there are games still being made for it too. Dynamite Dreams is coming out in 2008. Supposed to be like a Bomberman game and there are quite a few of us that are looking forward to it.

                    Oh ya totally forgot about Last Hope too. It came out last year but I haven't been able to get my hands on it yet.

                      Re: Do you still own a dreamcast?

                      Skies was OK, and was also remade for Game Cube with some extras, as was Grandia II. (I the Grandia series for the record. It's about the only Enix series I've ever cared for)

                      Phantasy Star was just a lolgrind fest like Ragnarok Online, only much much worse since you could only play with 4 people, always had the same monsters and it just got so repetitive... yeah, I truly pity anyone who got/is seriously involved in that series.

                      Sorry, but outside of Sonic I've just never been big on SEGA. Nintendo > SEGA, as demonstrated by the following; (NSFW) (Well, they did have Lunar >_>)

                      Wii Salute!

                      Dream Cast did have some cool games, but like every other freaking Sega System, there just weren't enough of 'em.

                          Slight correction, Grandia II was not ported to GC. Grandia II was ported to PC and PS2. That is all! ^^

                              ^^ sorry what I meant was that Granida II was a good game as well ><;

                              It was ported to PS2 yah. I really have just never been big on SEGA or their consoles I'm sorry, and the proof is in the pudding; they got owned in the market and have since stopped making hardware. Their games haven't gotten any better either, it was all the 3rd party stuff that was good. Like the all-mighty Power Stone series.
