There's 5, not 4. The FROG battle in Act 1 (when you and Maryl's team are trying to escape) counts as well. You can NOT kill a single soldier (Maryl and her team can though)

If you do this you will get the Solar Gun.

Oh yeah, forgot about that one. What exactly does the gun do?

You forgot one of the conditions too

You can't use special items (cloaking and bandana)

And I mean from obtaining it normally without buying it with DP.

Again about B&B battles & Statues

I've gotten 2 statues so far, you can use recovery items when fighting the B&B, you just can't if your going for the Big Boss Emblem or the higher "elite" emblems.

I'm on my way to fighting Raging Raven again, since I forgot my 2nd statue, I had to go back and fighting Laughing Octo again. :\

Yeah, the guide I read didn't specifically list it for the first couple, but listed it for the later ones, wasn't positive it applied, but kinda figured it did.

I've almost got both. Currently doing a No-Alerts No-Kills run and I'm almost done act 3 (you can unlock them on Liquid Easy, along with most of the other unlockables)

Either its actual playing time (a stat it doesn't show you) or you're expected to skip every cutscene, since cutscenes alone make up atleast 6 hours of the game. And ofcourse, I believe you can always save at every zoneline and if you die, just turn off the game, restart it and its like using a continue, only taking way longer to do it.

Alright so I went through the Meryl thing using just a tranquilizer gun and stun gernades . . . .I didn't get any special gun at the end though . . .. did I do something wrong?

You need to get all FIVE statues. The FROG one is just the first (it's in the garage area after the last CS with her team)

It only counts as an Alert if it actually says "Alert" at the top of the screen. Caution mode is fine, but not Alert.

Konami adds free DLC into the title this week. Boot up the game, and go to the Extras section -- you'll find a new song for your in-game iPod awaits. "Battle of Highland" is "designed to accompany battles in South America. Different from the game's South America combat music, it possesses a more ethnic tone."

The last MGS4 update added two new camo for Snake to use, and that was less than a week ago.

Just a FYI for all the MGS4 fans.
