Good thing, too: I'm starting to use up the entire title space when posting these.
Anywho, let us make things clear from the get go:
I am well aware of the fact that Brawl info was leaked, and I am also aware of Sakurai's "?????" updates on the Dojo. PLEASE try to refrain from posting content from either, and if you must, for the love of all things good, use SPOILER tags, and clearly indicate from which source you are spoiling from as well, or "SPOILER=Source," replacing quotation marks with brackets.
Now that I'm done hurting everybody's eyes . . .
I must applaud Sakurai's statements pertaining to "Advanced" Techniques, or, more "officially," Quick Techniques. The first of important note is something that made me giggle like a schoolgirl . . . while I was at school.
Anyways, this is it:

What made me giggle was the fact they were referencing Fox specifically in the image. First, no wavedash. Second, no laser-spam. Or reflector spam, for that matter. I just love the little things Sakurai is doing to make this a better game.
Oh, what was also amusing is another Brawl-specific "Quick Technique" was included, as I predicted most of their purposes would be, to neutralize another flaw in Melee. It . . . doesn't really have that much to do with actual fighting though.
Let us see if you can see which glitch this was so painfully obviously designed to counteract.

There are also little things in there that make reading the entire thing worthwhile. Not least (to me, at least) was to know Teching had a proper name, which is "Ukemi." The return of some tourney-favorites also ensure that previous tourney-goers will indeed appreciate the amount of skill that the game will still demand of them, while appropriate game balance ensures that the casual player will never be too far behind.
All my previous fears of "Melee 2" . . . completely shattered! Annihilated! Obliterated!
Sakurai.
This will be, the greatest game ever. For everybody. No exceptions.
End of story.
With all

Added note (because this didn't seem right in the OP):
Since Breaking Reflectors is revealed to be possible, this kind of eliminates all worry of Final Smashes being reflected. I mean, they would obviously be so powerful as to already be at the Reflector-Breaking point.
