Nintendo Reveals 3 Brawl Characters? news from 1UP.com

Jigglypuff? No surprise. Ness? Slightly surprising. Lucario? Fuck yeah.

Add to that Captain Falcon and Luigi which have like a 99% chance of making it back, and Ganondorf still having a pretty high chance (reducing the number of Zelda representatives down to 2 would be retarded), and there's probably still one or two hidden characters they won't reveal at all. Brawl's lineup is truly big.

Also worthy of note, Icon #19 is still absent, so there's most likely still at least one character/world we don't know about.

I'm still not convinced it's lucario. If you look at the icon and the artwork, they look pretty different. Of course, I'm not familiar with the newer pokemon games, it could be that the pixel art matches the icon better.

Have to wonder how many, if any, fighting games have more characters than SSBB, though.

The entire roster has been potentially leaked by credible posters at NeoGAF.

Numerous members who've leaked information in the past claim to have the final list, and the what they said listed the starting lineup of characters in perfect order, which was leaked days later.

Obviously not anything to go by 100%, but they claim the final lineup to consist of:

Lucario is stupid popular, recent, apparently appears in hentai pretty often or so I've been told, and it's hard to mistake the nunchuks sticking out of the back of its head. Plus it's a humanshape Fighting type (well, Fighting/Steel) that can throw chi blasts (Aura Sphere) and learn a variety of moves ranging from kicks to punches to bites. It's probably him. Or at the very least he'd make a damned good candidate as far as Pokemon go.

Fighting games with more characters than SSBB? Well, most VS games I guess.

EDIT: Huh? What's NeoGAF? Can I at least have a link? I wouldn't be one bit surprised if Falco makes it back, but Wolf O'Donnel and...ROB? And WW Young Link? Sounds fishy! EDIT2: Marth is suspicious as well.

As for the OP, it's interesting. I think it's more likely to be a Pokémon, considering the apparent icons for Pikachu, the Trainer, and Jigglypuff are there, and which Pokémon better than Lucario?

(Really would love Plusle and Minun to be in there, though . . . they would be like an electric Ice Climbers.)

Half the stages are banned because they're not very fit for tournament play. E.g. Hyrule Temple.
