I was walking out of Meijer one day... Guy sitting on a bench says to me "Want a PS3?". I say "Who doesn't?". He says a bunch of blah blah blah I wasn't listening to, and then $200 for this PS3 I've got here. I looked. It was the 80gig with everything and still sealed!!! Needless to say, I now have the 80gig sitting next to my PS2, XBOX, XBOX360, HDDVR, Surround Stereo, and Wii (just sold the Wii before christmas for profit). I haven't even played it since I got it... Too busy with FFXI and Halo3.

I'll try to make it Evion. It was Evion on the first XBOX LIVE, but after I lost for some reasons, they would never let me recover it... they said it will go unused forever lol

Well Kitten, just to let you know all PS3's have upgradeable HDD's, any 2.5" SATA HDD will work. (Will be dropping in a 200 here shortly).

Consider the size of World of Warcraft or Final Fantasy XI in terms of how much disk space they take. Graphics take up the majority of disc space for any game, and both games feature last gen graphics. Now consider the level of detail the graphics in Square's next-gen MMO will undoubtedly have. Something tells me the 20 GB drives on the low end PS3 models and Premium 360 models will not be adequate. But that's just random speculation on my part.

Pai...don't believe what they say...size DOES matter!!

I do more with my 360 than my PS3 currently. (Hoping that will change in the near future) So I'm always looking for hd space and it annoys me when I have to clear out space to be able to d/l a demo or something. They seriously need to get with the program and release an official 200gb hd for crazy people like me. LOL

Any PSone discs in your drive or downloaded PSone games on your HDD can be played via Remote Play on your PSP.

I been contemplating on getting one myself one of these days...but I just haven't been able to justify spending that much. Especially knowing that if I *do* get one, it will have to be either the 60 or the 80 gigs. The 20 and 40 just aren't worth it imo.

The difference, however, is that the PS3 can use any 2.5" SATA HDD. For the same price of a 120GB "official" Xbox 360 HDD, you can buy three times as much storage for a PS3 - and you don't have to pay Sony for it.
