Tales of Vesperia!

Saw this on NeoGAF. Yeah, another Tales game. Hee. The cel-shading in this is pretty sweet, though. It's much cleaner than Eternal Sonata's... I like it a lot. Seems to have that same charm that most 2D games give off.

The music is definitely composed by Motoi Sakuraba, as per the usual. Folks on NeoGAF believe it's on 360 based on the source code from the website, but I'm betting it'll see its way on PS3 as well.

Good of them to keep trying on the 360 in Japan, it needs support.

A high profile title like this will likely move more units than Eternal Sonata, and it looks good.

As you mentioned though, a PS3 port is pretty inevitable. Good for both parties though, as both platforms need more JRPGs.
