Which games do you have unfinished? Do you ever plan to finish them someday?

I still need to finish Disgaea: Hour of Darkness and Rogue Galaxy. I'm also on the last couple stages of Killzone and I'm having a hell of a time beating it. Also, Phoenix Wright 2. And like 5,000,000 others.

FF 3, 4, 5, 6, and 12

3/4/5- Someday.
6- Not a chance in hell. I hate Mary-Sues, even canonical ones.
12- I only stopped because LotR and PSU ate my attention, but I'm at the Bahamut anyway, so yeah, it wouldn't take much to finish it. I do *adore* 12 as one of, if not the, fave FF.

Disgaea 1 and 2- Probably won't finish either, and 2 I couldn't stand.

Kingdom Hearts II- Same problem as FF12. At the very last boss, just haven't bothered.

Valkyrie Profile- eh.. maybe

Twilight Princess- Yes.. if I can ever get motivated. I hate the temple I'm in with a passion.

If it's any temple in the 2nd part of the game you're stuck on, don't get your hopes up for the rest. I did not enjoy that game.

I only have a few old games not finished.

Prince of Persia (second one)
FFX-2
FFXII
The Hulk (gift from mom's friend )
Resident Evil 3 (I've tried liking this game...I really am lol but I hate the controls so much)
Final Fantasy III (The end is like wtf? I don't understand how to beat the last guy)
Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks (I beat the first part, but I didn't feel like doing the second part)

I have a terrible affliction. I'l play a game up to the last boss and then I don't finish it. LOL I don't know what the heck it is ....maybe I don't want the game to end? That doesn't mean I've never finished games because I have but there are SO many I've done the above to that I just can't count. Then add to that fact that after the game has sat unfinished for let's say 2 months and I go back to play it, I start over from the beginning 90% of the time. LOL That's ANOTHER reason I don't finish a lot of games!!

I have a terrible affliction. I'l play a game up to the last boss and then I don't finish it.

That's really become my core problem in recent years. I'll get up to right around the final boss, get distracted, and never bother again... then go Youtube the ending CG when I'm ready for the sequels or whatever.

LOL I don't go to YouTube because I say that I'm going to finish it and see it myself.....but that doesn't happen too often and I miss a lot of good stuff dang it!

Let's see...

Tales of Legendia, Tales of the Abyss, Bioshock, Mega Man ZX to name a few.

I'd play quite a bit, get distracted, not touch it for a few months, (sometimes) pick it up back again. That happens quite a bit unless it's a really good game.

FF3&5, Phoenix Wright (all of them, I have one I'm on the last case, and two other ones I need to play through), SMG (beat the story, but not all the stars and luigi yet)

I guess that's about it for me.

FF Tactics, X-2, XII, Pokemon LeafGreen, and Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages.

The only thing I can say for certain is that I don't plan to leave them off.

The certainty with which they will be finished is based on whether or not I will ever consider myself finished with FFXI, which, since I only play one game at a time, has ousted all other projects.

I have a good track record for finishing games. The only ones I've picked up recently that I haven't finished have been:

Mercury Meltdown Revolution (Wii): Waaaaay too hard on the Wii with the control scheme.

Dewy's Adventure (Wii): Not way too hard, but certainly incredibly frustrating.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma (PS3): Too many other good games for me to play to finish something I've beaten before with this sort of difficulty, but I'll get around to finishing it someday.

Motorstorm (PS3): Night racing with no headlights for the loss. Can't pass these races, and therefore ... stuck.

Armored Core 4 (PS3): Stopped caring after chapter 3... might get around to finishing on a rainy weekend with nothing else going on, though.

FFXI: LOL. The game that never ends. Everyone reading this board should know how this goes.

Pretty small list compared to what I have managed to finish, though (Metroid Prime 3, Super Mario Galaxy, Super Paper Mario, Call of Duty 4, Heavenly Sword, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Ratchet and Clank : Tools of Destruction, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, Final Fantasy XII, Jeane d'Arc, Folklore, and probably a dozen more games I've forgotten to mention).
