About 3 weeks ago I took off yesterday and tomorrow, with the thought train of 1) I could spend all day Monday zerging COR to 75 to have it done before I got WoTG, and 2) spend all day Wednesday playing around with WoTG.

Of course, 6 hour maint and 3 hour update yesterday, and I'll be lucky if I can actually get ahold of WoTG tomorrow. Those were my last 2 vacation days for the year.

Yeah my friends who work at a Gamestop in Queens, NY said it'd be in tomorrow.

Hopefully. He hasn't mentioned whether or not they secretly have it in the back or something.

Just spoke in person to the peons, ship date for WotG PC is tomorrow, which means probably Friday at the soonest here. Darn.

We regret to inform our players that due to issues during manufacturing, the shipment of the FINAL FANTASY XI: Wings of the Goddess expansion disc for Windows version has been delayed to Nov. 21, 2007.

According to someone on ffxiljcommunity,

Apparently, when the boxes were originally printed, they were erroneously printed as being "Windows Vista only" when they were supposed to say "Windows Vista compliant." People were getting confused, and game stores were alerting customers that the game was going to be for Vista only.

Due to the confusion, SE recalled them and reprinted the boxes, thus delaying the shipment.

Sorry, I had to laugh.

But my GameStop said they already have it shipped in, so I hope to get my copy tommorow.
