I'm mad at SE now.

It seems the 5th chapter for War of the Lions was either a lie/rumor, or was pulled at the last minute. I beat the game just last night and while I still don't care much for the ending (not because it wasn't a happy one, I just find it rather weak) I'm really more bummed out that it just ended there.


All in all I still love the remake, but that 5th chapter would have been great, even if it wouldn't have made much sense XD (the ending is rather conclusive for once for a FF game). The extra scenes, missions and new translation made it much more understandable and enjoyable compared to the PS1's Engrish.

And once again, why blame the console holder for a 3rd party release? ._.

You're right: I'm sorry.

It's just . . . Disgaea's a piece of art! If anybody else here has played it and knows what I mean, could they please tell me of another title which captures its sheer brilliance in gameplay?

I can't think of one. Though I do wish I could have informed you when NIS America reprinted another limited run of Disgaea PS2 earlier this year for $49.99. Sucks that you lost your copy. I think Afternoon of Darkness is worth buying for any fan of the series just for Etna Mode.

Which brings me to pray that Disgaea 3 makes it stateside some time in the first half of next year.

Rock Band ships November 20th for 360 and PS3, December 11th for PS2.
