Would anyone else be interested in doing a gift exchange around xmas time? Put a bunch of names into a hat, people get matched up, you buy a Virtual Console game for the person you get.

Well I don't think there are any VC games more than 1000 points (10USD) are there? Either way, I'd have to check prices, but I think it would be best if we stayed to the cheap end, partially because I'm a cheapass, and if you're going to play classics you might as well play the real classics.

$25.00 + tax for 2 N64 games, or 2.5 (stupid 800 points wtf???) SNES games is bull shit. I've bought a few classics like Toe Jam & Earl, but Nintendo's gonna have to bring down those prices and release a few more goodies. There are more games that I still want (like Contra 3) but 800 each is bull.

The price isn't what I'm concerned about, as I don't plan on downloading that much: few more than nostalgic ones from my childhood.

That said, and I think TGM would agree with me, put Super Mario Kart up there, already!

I swear, there hasn't been a single Mario Kart game yet near as good as that one.

Ocarina of Time is $12 as well, if I'm not mistaken.

Normally I'd pay that much for a game like that, but I already own the Gamecube port...which is better.
