LOL Not much new. Working on the house a lot, had some health issues but I'm bounding back, and after a short break I'm back in game. Just got Eternal Sonata but can't play it for 5 more days because I'm leading a scavanger hunt for my ls. The game whispers to me....."come play me....you know you want to....come on I'm right here...." Kinda got hooked on a simple little game on the DS that I'm embarassed to admit to. LOL shhhh don't tell.....it's Rune Factory. >< Foaming at the mouth for Reverant Wings (in English I have th JP one), Tactics, and Crisis Core (in English I have the JP one). There are SO many more coming out and so little time!! We need 36 hour days!! Someone put in the requisition form!!

The story was actually pretty interesting as far as FPSes go. I'm sure they wanted to mix WW2 with Aliens and high-Tech technology.

FPS stories have been getting better lately. I mean, consider this one:

A guy in a super-powerful suit of armor goes around killing aliens, zombies, and robots. You'd think this would be really, really crappy, right? Sounds like a B-Movie from decades ago. But it's Halo! And the plot was actually pretty damn good. Not particularly amazing, but given the fact that they crammed aliens, zombies, and robots into a single game, it's good.

I mean, think about the earlier games "KILL THE NAZIS." "KILL THE ALIENS.", hell, I didn't play much Half-Life, but it didn't seem to have as much of a story as recent console FPS (and I know there's the newer one, but fuck steam, and fuck episodic content frsrs.)
