The brilliance/hilarity isn't so much in what MC does, but that it's a very good representation of the morons that pervade XBL. Anyone who plays Halo 2 on a regular basis will attest to this.

Why is it a toy? Why is it a toy of MC? Why is the voice synthesized?

It made very little sense, and it was just a nuisance to watch like all the kids on XBL are to listen to.

Why not use the action figure? Works just as well. Like I said, the comedy comes from laughing at how ridiculous MC is (not sure why he chose that stupid voice program from MS but it works for me) and that a lot of people on XBL are like that.
