which oddly enough my Mac has been doing for months without any signs of trouble, except the obvious thing about the Click being of Death. So, anyone want to buy a mac with a hard drive that clicks along happily? It's LIME GREEN!

Even if my HDD is dying, I don't care. It's probably THAT REASON alone that allows me to always see a pop a few seconds before the JP players do...

My sister learned the hard way that backing up your MemCard is a good idea. She had all her nearly finished NFS game saves on one MemCard and then wiped it out thinking it was a different card. Her stupid but didn't check it's contents and just wiped it. I told her to back the thing up, now she does it like once a month. haha Lesson learned.
