Ok, so who here's seriously into Pokemon Diamond/Pearl? I got the National Pokedex not long ago and currently I'm catching Dittos with a variety of natures to prepare for all the Pokemon I'm going to be raising. Other than my real life friends, my friend list is pretty empty. Post your friend codes, damn it!

lol well i got diamond and i play it...just got it last weekend....although.....i dont have my own ds....i just have the game....so i can only play it when my sister isnt paying pearl or when im at my dads house.....id post a friend code if iknew them....but uhh....lol yeah not my ds and i donnt know the codes....also since i jsut started playing alst weekedn im not very far...
however i do have one of each of the three starting pokemon and there all at like level 18 i think lol....yeah like i said....just got it last weekend not my ds...i cant play it very often...but i must say...its quite fun...

I beat the E4 pretty recently and got my National Dex. So I made a team consisting of parts from Ruby, FireRed, and Pearl.

I noticed however that legendaries are not allowed in battles in the battle tower. This is retarded, what was the purpose of obtaining these if we aren't supposed to use them?

PS. When I go online to do trades w/ random people, people are always asking for legendaries, even when they're offering low-tier pokemon that they obviously just randomly cought....its so hard to find anyone that really wants to do a fair trade. Not to mention a huge portion of these times they are asking for event pokemon, however appearently you can't ask for what you haven't seen yet (also rediculous...), so how have these people seen them to begin with but don't have them (remember, you can't do wifi battles with them either)?


I was happy to see online capabilities on the game but its far too limited to what you can do. Hopefully Battle Revolution will have more flexability.

Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf have some pretty solid stats and they're totally immune to Earthquake, but they're not uber. If I wanted a Psychic type I wouldn't hessitate to put one of them on my team for battling other humans.

Lol, I saw that one. I hate Infrenape with a passion. But not nearly as much as Bidoof.

But yeah, I haven't tried the GTS yet but that's mostly what I've been hearing about it. Personally though I think the ability to set your Pokemon's level to 100 in WiFi battles more than makes up for that. Sooooooo useful!

If I had a Wii I'd probably be more interested in Battle Revolution. But hey, a friend of mine might get it, so there may be hope for me yet.

Also, I do believe D/P has the coolest League Champion since Green. Oh, yeah, and some of the lines in the game are pure gold. Finding ROFL in the in-game list of words was hillarious as well (LOL is in there too, but not as funny as ROFL.)

Usually I have an affinity with the starters...I'm not sure I like these three at all XD

I swear my elite 4 busting team will have no starters in it all all....I have 7 badges but I'm abit more obsessed with catching the 150 in the Sinoh pokedex...you heard me right...Catching...not the mega-stupid "gotta see'em all".

I think the seeing them all is like someone hit the pokemon easy button and nearly erased the reason for having 2 editions...

anyway I need to make a list of what I'm missing/need to level and get on it(I'm having real trouble with Munchlax and that's all I can remember right now)...I am however really close ^^

Seeing all of them may be easy, but getting the National Dex in previous games has always been easy. If you had to catch them all just for the National Pokedex then most people would be totally screwed, since you can't use Pal Park or Pokeradar before getting the National Pokedex, and you'd have to work your ass off for basic Pokemon-catching features. Not questioning your decision or anything, but just pointing that out.

That aside, do post your Friend Code, my list hasn't grown one bit since making this thread XD

Pokemon Battle Revolution is out now, and appearently it sucks. It has almost no features in it. It has battles online/offline. That's it. You can't trade, you can't get exp, no mini-games, no pokemon storage, no story mode, there's not even an option to play Pearl/Diamond on your TV.

From the info I've gathered, this game will be good as a bargain bin game perhaps, but not a full priced Wii game.

Yeah, I got Diamond. Beat it. Then lost it. I got about 120ish pokemon at that point.
